Battery Low

These days no-one is really living, so we're spending more and more time on our phones looking at other people's lives, creating a habit of always checking, checking and checking again. It's very important to remember nobody else is really living either.

As the world starts going again after a year of lockdown, more and more people will be getting together and doing activities. But also bear in mind that a lot of us might not be living near our friends and family anymore, a lot of us won't have those people to go and do things with, a lot of people's mental health will get in the way of seeing people, our real life social interaction meters are probably the lowest of the low and it will take time to fill them up again. A lot has changed during COVID.

I worry that the detrimental impact of this habit we are falling into with checking our social medias will truly shine it's light when the world starts going again. We will be closely watching all the activities we are missing out on.

So this is just a reminder to be mindful of how much time you spend on socials and to make the most of everything you have around you.
We are all lucky to be here x
